Please review our refund policy before purchasing any of our products

Summit Envirosolutions, Inc. (Summit) offers a detailed description of its software. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed his/her product of choice and is satisfied with its quality before effecting actual purchase of said product. If you have not tried our free evaluation demonstration, please do so before purchasing any of our products. With knowledge of the above, no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user on such basis. All software is non-refundable. We will, of course, nonetheless review return/refund requests on defective software. Summit guarantees the quality of all its software products listed on this Web site. Therefore, if your product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the same software, at no extra charge to the user. Please send all return/refund requests to sales@epiphiny.com, as well as your reason for such request. A reply will be sent to you after it has been determined whether a return/refund is necessary.
